Award-winning sign firm looks for new owner

It is fair to say that some companies change ownership to improve business and take it in a different direction. However, this is not the case for award-winning signage business HNS Signs, which is looking for a passionate individual to buy the thriving business and keep it in the limelight.

HNS Signs’ director Michelle Henry has led the company to great successes resulting in the winning of global awards

The company has been running for seven years and boasts global awards from FESPA and the British Sign Awards. On top of that, it has a client list to dream of, including Ted Baker, Budweiser, Kurt Geiger, and Yell.

Director of HNS Signs, Michelle Henry, is moving to Australia, where she previously spent time working in a sign shop.

She says: “It is with a heavy heart that I am now looking for a new owner, but I have set my sights firmly in Australia, and although I’d like to think I’m pretty good at running a business and being hands-on, even I can’t manage such a progressive and fast-paced business from Australia.

“This year has been an incredible year for HNS Signs with the highlight so far taking home the top trophy at FESPA, the global print and signage awards in May, closely followed by our award for Innovation by the British Sign Awards.

“Naturally HNS Signs has a strong seven-year reputation for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering above and beyond the brief. The new owner would ideally be a business who would like to extend their portfolio and offer the types of work we do or for a business that tends to contract signage elsewhere.

“HNS Signs have seven years of expertise, innovative thinking, and well thought out processes and competencies which not only delivers outstanding signage, excellent customer service, and a bottom line.

"Although the type of signage we excel at is traditional, hand finished, and high calibre, our niche qualities will add value to a number of businesses from shopfitters to large-format printers to interior design agencies.”

She concludes: “I am genuinely excited to see where HNS Signs will be in the next seven years and who will be at the helm.”
