An Oxford North-based school photography and marketing company became the first Fastsigns’ Co-Branded business last summer. It has now boasted that thanks to this endorsement, the firm has been able to invest in the Zund CNC cutter, as backing from Fastsigns offers preferential rates from its trusted suppliers.

After taking time to focus on building relationships and strengthen our offering, I’m excited to roll out my plans for expansion in year two

Michael and Sarah Ward-Hendry, who used to operate under Ward Hendry Photography, are now Fastsigns Oxford North. The pair comments: “Becoming a Co-Branded company with Fastsigns has made it possible for us to move our business forward, fast. Our in-house capacity has improved, reducing the need to outsource as we did previously, yet we haven’t lost the identity of our existing brand, Ward Hendry Photography, which has been running for 13 years.”

With the purchase of the new cutter, the staff received full training so that the firm can guarantee the quality of the signs they will produce. Alongside this purchase, Fastsigns also worked with the owners on a marketing and business plan. This Co-Branding has also allowed the firm to recruit six new members of staff.

Fastsigns Bolton has also enjoyed a successful year. The branch had also undergone a management change, when David Hiney bought the outfit. He maintains that in a couple of years, the firm will be able to expand further.

The Bolton team have enjoyed a successful year, and hope to expand in a year or two

Hiney comments: “After taking time to focus on building relationships and strengthen our offering, I’m excited to roll out my plans for expansion in year two. The addition of new talent will be integral to this, allowing us to increase our production capabilities which will complement our sales drives.”

John Davies, managing director of Fastsigns UK, finishes: “So much has been achieved by these two centres in such a short space of time, which is as much a testament to each respective owners’ hard work as to the benefits the Fastsigns support can bring. I’m sure these shining examples will continue to motivate our community of franchisees, while inspiring other businesses who are looking to take the next step.”
