AG/CAD add to DYSS success

Following a successful 2016 and early 2017 for sales of the DYSS X5 and X7 models, AG/CAD has added the DYSS X9 to its range of machines.

AG/CAD has added the DYSS X9 to its range of machines

The X9 has the same functionality and tooling as the X7 range, but has been designed for applications where production speed is paramount. AG/CAD say the new model comes with an “innovative and revolutionary” motion control system that gives ultimate power and performance, while retaining accuracy on fine detail.

The firm comments: “Typically, high speed machines use rack and pinion drive systems and so will fall down on detail such as small radii; or they use belt drives which will often handle detail better, but struggle with lateral and vertical power.

If you don’t want to compromise the X9 is the machine for you—ultrafast, powerful and fine control all in one impressive package

"However, the ground-breaking motion system on the X9 allows it to excel in both areas. If you don’t want to compromise the X9 is the machine for you—ultrafast, powerful and fine control all in one impressive package.”

Customer testimonials attest to the return-on-investment delivered by this DYSS range.

G4B from Droitwich invested in a DYSS X5-1630 to eliminate a bottleneck in their process, and now estimates that the machine will pay for itself in little over a year.

Further affirmation comes from Impact Design and Print, which bought an Arizona ‘direct-to-board’ flatbed digital printer to complement its four HP latex printers.

After realising that the cutting and finishing of print jobs was proving to be a major bottleneck, they invested in a DYSS X7-1630C digital cutter from AG/CAD to alleviate the issue.
