UK-based Lintec Graphic Films has marked a major chapter in its history after the completion of its sale to Lintec Corporation, moving from its status as a highly-successful exclusive distributor of the latter’s products to being an integrated part of the materials manufacturer.

The company also released a statement as the news was announced: “The purchase of Lintec Graphic Films by Lintec Corporation will see the sharing of its European marketing and support services and the integration of its broad distribution network with Lintec Europe B.V. to further accelerate and strengthen the growth and development of our customer base across Europe.”
