EFI confirms acquisition of Shuttleworth
EFI has struck a deal to acquire print software provider Shuttleworth Business Systems

EFI has opted not to disclose the financial details of the acquisition
Although the financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, EFI said that it does not expect the acquisition to be material to its fourth quarter or full-year results.
In a statement, EFI said the addition of Shuttleworth to its business will enhance its presence in the UK market.
