DiMS! technology will now be integrated with EFI Fiery digital front end technologies for automated digital print production
The company, which is based in the Netherlands, develops various MIS and ERP systems for print and packaging firms.
Under the deal, DiMS! employees have joined EFI's Productivity Software MIS/ERP group, while EFI has assumed support operations for DiMS! Customers.
In addition, DiMS! Technology will be integrated with EFI Fiery digital front end technologies for automated digital print production.

Although financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, it was confirmed that the deal is not expected to be material to EFI’s third-quarter or full-year results.
