3m films revitalise refurb

Corporate signage specialist Sign 2000 has used 3M DI-NOC Architectural Finishes as an integral part of a rebranding project for life insurance provider Vitality. The sign firm has used 3M products as part of major refurbishments in the past, and are now applied in the healthcare and insurance company’s revamped reception area in Bournemouth.

Vitality specified the use of products that would give visitors a ‘wow’ factor when they visited their offices

Sign 2000’s new business director Steve Spackman comments: “Working closely with County Durham-based William Smith, 3M’s largest UK stockist and distributor of signage and graphics materials, we have used DI-NOC architectural finishes in a number of high-profile refurbishment projects.

“These have included the refurbishment of 6,500 main and local Post Office outlets and work carried out on behalf of the Hilton Hotels Group. The particular appeal of DI-NOC films is their ability, at a relatively low cost, to refurbish building surfaces without the high cost of replacement, thereby enabling significant savings to be passed on to customers.”

As a recognised applicator of DI-NOC films, we have used them for a number of projects involving different interior and exterior surfaces in public buildings

The DI-NOC Architectural Finishes have been specifically formulated as an affordable solution for both interior and exterior building and refurbishment projects, and include more than 700 self-adhesive vinyl films to give the illusion of a number of materials such as wood, marble, leather, stucco, and stone. The durable films are easy to apply and remove, and are resistant to water damage, dirt, and wear and tear.

Spackman adds: “As a recognised applicator of DI-NOC films, we have used them for a number of projects involving different interior and exterior surfaces in public buildings, including walls, doors, reception desks and associated furniture.”
