Fagerhult strengthens market position
In order to strengthen its position in the professional lighting market, the Fagerhult Group has acquired 100 percent of the shares of LED Linear GmbH.

LED Linear GmbH has been acquired by the Fagerhult Group
LED Linear GmbH manufactures linear LED lighting fixtures, LED modules, and other components for the indoor and outdoor commercial signage and lighting sector.
“LED Linear GmbH has world class linear LED lighting products, a cutting edge integrated manufacturing capability and award winning products and brand,” says Johan Hjertonsson, chief executive officer of the Fagerhult Group.

He adds: “The company has consistently delivered very strong financial performance with an organic growth of over 40 percent in 2015.”
LED Linear GmbH had 110 employees at the end of 2015 and a profitability rate above that of the Fagerhult Group. The Fagerhult Group hopes the acquisition will positively affect earnings per share in the future.
