Boosting the retail experience

I do my fair share of shopping, often a little more, so anything that can boost a retail experience is always a winner in my books. That is why when I read of telecommunications company, Sure, opening their doors to digital signage in-store, I was intrigued.

Bringing innovative technology like this in-store is a great way to build a customer base, making their shopping experience as stress-free as possible, and for the staff, reduces the duplication of work by syncing the store’s website to their in-store screens

The head of the company’s commercial operations revealed that the move was decided to reduce waiting times and give customers more autonomy.

The company partnered with Acquire Digital and Image Technique to develop a touch totem that features 55” touchscreens, where customers can construct their own packages and compare phones, as well as a video wall.
